HEY! I'm Nilani and I am the owner and baker of Unique Sweetness LA, a home based cottage food bakery. Ever since I was a little girl I was always helping my grandma in the kitchen preparing our traditional meals, sweets, cakes, and my all time favorite GATA (Armenian sweet bread <3 ). Growing up I always wanted to be in the medical field but time and time again I would be guided back towards the kitchen. Here we are just over 2 decades later baking and creating peoples most memorable events one pastry at a time! With roots from Iran, raised in the Netherlands and now in Los Angeles about to attend culinary school at the Le Cordon Bleu(2011). A tiny girl in a giant city! The year flew by and life went on. After graduating, two Years later running into Kachik Ajaryan at a local Starbucks, the only other Armenian student at the culinary school I had met during my attendance who is now my Husband. We have taken my dreams for US_LA to a new level and are growing and expanding together as a power team!
