All sales are final At Sweet cut co, every cookie cutter is printed to order. That means that we do not keep an inventory of cookie cutters on hand, and your order is custom printed just for you! We do not accept returns or process refunds for changes of heart.
We stand by our quality! We want you to have a high quality product! Every cutter we print is inspected before packaging. However, occasionally items do get damaged in shipment or a defect might have slipped by us. If you received a damaged or defective cookie cutter, we are more than happy to replace it. Just send us a picture of the cutter along with your order number and we will assist you in this process.
